What do you notice about the new ways that you’re moving through the world? Witnessing is what generates change. When you pay attention in this way, you won’t fall back into old patterns of going about your life and relating to others, and if you do, you will be able to witness how they are now uncomfortable and/or inauthentic.
Creativity, just like imagination, is a muscle. If we’re not creators, we’re only consumers, which works to maintain the status quo and keep the current power structures in place, rather than challenge them and change them for the better.
