For over a decade, I’ve worked with successful, highly driven entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives. These are people who are biologically hungry to actualize unreasonable dreams and goals. I am one of these people.
I’ve never been satisfied with the paradigms I was given for what life is supposed to be. The question I’ve been living my whole life is: What is beyond this?
It’s not an escape route or even a personal question; it’s transpersonal. My journey has never been only about me, even when I thought it was. Every time I tried pushing my edges - whether it was physically, mentally, or spiritually - to strengthen my capacity, I found the boundaries of my “self” to be increasingly blurry.
Of the many masters I’ve learned from, my greatest teacher has been the encounter between the extent of my physical capacity and what continues beyond me. And because I’m incredibly strong and resilient (stubborn), I’ve required endurance challenges that are a. bit more extreme than a 10k or a marathon.
The long miles and diverse landscapes have taught me more about flow, pain, ecstasy, and perseverance than I could have ever learned in a less dynamic relationship.
The people I work with are similarly called - by their vision - to live an ecstatic life in service to something beyond.
This is why we have so much life force, vitality, and hunger pulsing through our veins.
Within The Flow Method, you’ll find an approach that reflects the depth and range I’ve collected from knowledge systems and wisdom traditions in the arenas of flow science, energy work, quantum physics (especially relating to time and quantum gravity), and ceremonial enactment of identity that is beyond the current self.
