"You must learn one thing.

The world was made to be free in.

Give up all the other worlds except the one to which you belong -

Anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you."

- David Whyte

About Laura

For over a decade, I’ve worked with successful, highly driven athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, and creators. These are people who can’t help but pursue big dreams and goals. The gift of the hunger is that it doesn’t allow them to settle for anything less than an extraordinary life.
Trouble arises if the fire isn’t channeled into pursuits that give more energy than they take. At some point along this trajectory, you either begin to bump up against upper limits, whether they be financial, relational, or within your current field of pursuit, or you begin to realize that you're not actually as fulfilled on the current path as you imagined you would be. Further down this road, burnout starts creeping in, relationships suffer, and mental and physical health symptoms can arise.
As one of these highly driven individuals myself, I know the difference between drive and achievement for the sake of drive and achievement only and the ecstacy of pursuing goals within the framework of a flow enhancing life.

I've been passionately integrating practical knowledge and wisdom in the areas of flow science, energy work, quantum physics, strength & endurance training, as well as various ancient and modern practices for living from an aligned inner Truth. But perhaps my greatest teacher of this work has been my experience in pursuing extreme endurance. The long miles have taught me more about flow, pain, ecstasy, and perseverance than I could have ever learned sitting still.

I work with people who are passionate about transcending their constraints and unleashing their full human potential. My role as your collaborator is to provide a clear mirror and channel for reflecting your unique gifts and talents, and to provide tools for cultivating a way of being that makes your highest, most aligned dreams INEVITABLE.
