For over a decade, I’ve worked with successful, highly driven entrepreneurs, athletes, and people who are biologically wired to actualize unreasonable dreams and goals. This comes with a lot of life force.

For the first part of my life, it was easy to see that my natural drive and off-the-charts discipline could, and did, get me ahead at anything I set my mind to. I was most interested in pursuing peak performance as an athlete, playing Division 1 lacrosse in college, then shifting gears towards endurance, and competing at the World Championship level as an Ironman triathlete.

But there was a moment in every domain - career, relationships, athletic pursuits, etc - once I’d achieved the thing, that I lost my drive and had to wrestle with all the sh*t that comes up in the unknown. As much as I was grasping at figuring it all out, gathering all the personal development tools, and trying to spiritually bypass myself into some form of forced surrender, I did know that I couldn’t will life into doing what I wanted it to do. It just took me a while to know it on the level of embodiment.

Concurrently, working with clients, I could see that no level of motivation or obsessiveness could propel them towards a goal that wasn’t in alignment with their true desires. Even if they thought they wanted it, their bodies were usually telling a different story.

Whatever you want to call the thing that is more powerful than you - life, your purpose, your soul, the universe, nature, god - it will initiate you and transform you over and over. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be lit up, filled up, turned on, and relaxed (I get it - “relaxed” is tricky) along the way. In fact, it’s the opposite. You must be.

The steps you take and the maps you follow have to match the frequency of your next level. Who you’re being, how you’re showing up, and your capacity to tolerate how wildly brilliant and needed you are, is non-negotiable.

On some level, you know your work is transpersonal. It is simultaneously about you and about something bigger than you.

Everything can feel confusing and difficult before you understand how to collaborate with the greater forces that are working with you and through you, and the way that you do it will be unique. There’s no clear roadmap through the unknown.

Of the many teachers I’ve learned from, the most profound wisdom has always come through nature, especially in the encounter between the extent of my physical capacity and what continues beyond me. The way that I pursue endurance involves getting to the end of my power and then opening to whatever emerges next.

The long miles and diverse landscapes have taught me and continue to teach me more about flow, pain, ecstasy, and perseverance than I could have ever learned in a less dynamic relationship.

Within The Flow Method, you’ll find an approach that reflects the depth and range I’ve collected from knowledge systems and wisdom traditions in the arenas of flow science, energy work, psychology, quantum physics (especially relating to time and quantum gravity), and enactment of identity that is beyond the current self.

I work with people who are unleashing their ecstatic, erotic, healthy, and wealthy human potential, in service to their vision.

They find themselves here - on this landing page - when they want to expand their capacity to direct their life force with more precision and experience a version of themselves that is beyond their current experience.

My role is to provide a mirror and channel for amplifying your unique gifts and talents, and to provide tools for cultivating a way of being that emerges from your true nature.
