Activate your endurance challenge into a modern day Vision Quest.  

I’ll teach you how to approach the moment of surrender in order to access new abilities, and for learning how to tap into flow states - the secret weapon that will supercharge your efforts. With these skills, you’ll gain a renewed sense of agency and a more enriching life than you could previously see as a possibility.  

Details:

You choose the challenge or endurance event. The Vision Quest course works alongside the training and preparation you’ll do for your event.

Challenge / Race week is the 8th week of the course. You can start early and spend more time with each section or shorten the lead-up if your race is coming up sooner than 8 weeks, but don’t shorten it too much and dilute the time spent on the practices that come with each section.

Each of the 11 sections of the course contains a 15-20 minute audio, summarized highlights, and an additional resource section with potent practices that are specifically designed to heighten and sensitize your vision.

This course is designed for anyone with an upcoming endurance challenge or race:
