Within my coaching containers, we create flow through congruence - inner truth - on the levels of mind, body, and spirit.
When you go to a bike mechanic, one thing they can do to help your bike run more smoothly is to true your wheels. By reintegrating areas that have become warped or out of alignment, the bike rolls smoothly and fluidly forward in the intended direction of the rider, with less effort.
This energy tune-up achieves a similar goal and I’m excited to be able to offer it outside of a coaching container in order for more people to receive this incredible benefit.
Experience a somatic release and an intuitive activation to help you gain clarity and a higher perspective about your direction, or any other challenges that you want to work through.
Emotions aren’t in our heads; they’re stored in our bodies. Through this powerful release, you’ll experience a new sense of lightness by clearing old stagnant energy or emotional patterning. The reorientation that has the capacity to catalyze a positive, life-affirming integration of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Changes will occur spontaneously and will continue to unfold over the coming days and weeks.
The tune-up includes the initial 60 minute activation and release session as well as a follow-up 30 minute integration session to receive support as the energy shift to settles into your system.
This is for people who are feeling stuck or off-track in some area of their lives.

I’ve set up a structure that will take us on a journey from anchoring into intentions and your unique design and then clearing out anything that is out of alignment. We’ll use your birth chart (if you know your time of birth) or various divination techniques, opening the door for higher guidance to come through. Your own intuitive collaboration is welcomed.
The release may take the form of any physical purging of energy, such as tingling, yawning, shivering, laughing, or crying.
Afterwards this is commonly experienced as a feeling of lightness or renewed optimism or insight, and can also take the form of sustained physical change, which can be expressed as pain relief, improved sleep patterns, or renewed vitality.

Bringing your own questions is a great way to get centered around what you’re hoping to get out of the session, and we can use them as a guide. However, if what you’re looking for is more open-ended, I have a structure that will steer us in the right direction.

We’ll take some time at the beginning of the session to get grounded and centered, so come as you are. It’s more important to make sure to leave an open space in your schedule for afterwards, since the energy movement has the potential to leave you a little spacey.
